(URPHI) is a Philippines-based company engaged in the business of real estate and a holding company of its subsidiaries, Universal Leisure Corporation, Orizontas Properties Management Corporation and Don manuel Development Corporation. The Company’s core business is to provide the residential and leisure related needs and wants of the middle and upper middle-income market. URPHI serves this market in two areas: residential condominiums and leisure developments.
It offers condominiums with integrated facilities for work and leisure, targeted at the middle-income market. Its first leisure project is Universal Leisure Club, which offers ownership to multiple clubs for a single membership share. It comprises two business clubs, one city sports club, one beach club and two golf courses. During the year ended December 31, 2003, the Company derived its revenue from the sale of condominium units.
